The title drew me in and the article really hit home with me right now. Great read.

This is a really interesting look at addictions and how to help people overcome them, or overcome them yourself. This is particularly interesting for me in the vain of trying to help my dad quit smoking cigarettes. The way I see it, when somebody you care about is trying to overcome an addiction, it’s not a single person’s effort, it should be a team effort.
